Cypher One - Glas Paleis
Het Glaspaleis (The Glas Palace) is the home of the Music school Heerlen, the promoting organisation behind The Notorious IBE). During the festival, Het Glaspaleis (Cypher One) will function as the main location for the IBE organisation,
Ticket desk and Information desk.

Cypher Two - Nieuwe Nor
Nieuwe Nor is the name of the local Music Stage of Heerlen and the place to be for live music in the city region. The daily program offers concerts of local, national and international artists and bands. De Nieuwe Nor has two rooms, a 350 capacity concert hall and a nice Bar room.

Cypher Five - Parkstad Theater - Entrance Hall
In 2007 the city of Heerlen completely rebuild i'ts most important Theatre called The Parkstad Theater Heerlen. For IBE the theatre will host two rooms, the 1100 capacity Limburg Hall and the 350 capacity entrance Hall.

Saturday: The Funk Room: non stop Popping, Locking, New Style, House, R&B, Krumping battles and cyphers. Also qualification for Stand Up Dance.

Cypher Seven - Hogeschool Zuyd
Hogeschool Zuyd / Zuyd University is the name of the Heerlen city university. With approximately 40 bachelor and 10 master programmes, 13,200 students and 1,550 staff, Zuyd University is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. On Sunday 8th of june the Zuyd University will host the IBE highlight Battle between USA, Korea/Japan, Europe and Russia/Ukraine.
