    ACCESS
    All online pre-sale tickets must be exchanged by the ticketing (Cypher Zero) for a wristband, which gives you access to all Cyphers, but full is full.

    LOST AND FOUND
    The organisation of IBE assumes no responsibility for items lost at the event.

    All lost and found items are to be taken to:
    - The central information at Cypher Zero, on 23, 24, 25, 27 September
    - The central information at Cypher Seven, on 26 September

    MERCHANDISE
    The official IBE t-shirts and other IBE merchandise will be sold at Cypher 5/6/8 (Parkstadtheater) and Cypher 7 (Hogeschool Zuyd). In the shop section we will publish available designs.

    NON-SMOKING
    In the Netherlands smoking in public places is prohibited.

    In the centre of Heerlen there are 7 Q-park parking facilities.
    Free parking At 15 minutes walking distance from Heerlen city centre you can park for free.

    At the IBE festival it is allowed to take pictures and video.

    SECURITY
    No festival without security. The festival security at IBE is there for our safety.
    Please respect the security staff working at IBE. Security staff is authorized to examine visitors at the IBE locations and entrances.
