It took almost three years but now The Notorious IBE is happening again. Since the last edition in 2005 a lot has happened and a lot has changed. In 2006 IBE was canceled, in 2007 the festival had to be postponed. But after long period of hard work. The IBE organisation is proud to present a new festival edition of The Notorious IBE. New festival, new locations, but same spirit, same energy and most important same concept: Real BBoying in the cyphers...Can u dig it!? See u at the IBE 2008
